What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is used primarily for group orders as the printing process is most cost effective for producing multiple T-shirts. It is called screen printing, because each color is laid down with a different screen of ink. Therefore, the less colors, the less steps and the less cost involved in printing the design.

Screen printing is ideal for large events and group activities. For small order orders under 24 T-shirts, we recommend Design Online!

Our online form accepts .jpeg and .gif formats. However, our printers can work with a number of other formats.

1. Print fewer colors. (Each color requires a screen.)

2. Print on fewer locations (e.g. Chest Only).

3. Order light colored T-shirts (e.g. White).

4. Order in larger quantities.
